Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy McConnell investigated a single vehicle rollover injury crash early this morning in the 6800 Block of Highway 5.

Evidence at the scene showed that the minivan crossed the centerline in a curve, exited the left side of the pavement and overturned coming to final rest upside down on the shoulder of the highway.

Fountain Lake Fire & Rescue Troops were quick to arrive and assist with patient care and assisted as needed.

LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew to the scene.  The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

The driver was determined to be wanted on a warrant out of Pine Bluff.  He was arrested at the hospital and will remain in custody until Picked up by the issuing agency.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 20 minutes.
