Evidence at the scene suggested that the Westbound Nissan truck attempted to turn left onto Adcock Road directly into the path of the Eastbound Chevrolet truck.  The front of the Chevrolet struck the passenger side of the Nissan.  The Nissan spun and came to final rest on Adcock Road.  The Chevrolet rolled over and came to final rest on it’s feet blocking an Eastbound lane.

2 passengers allegedly fled from the scene on foot and were not seen again.

An open beer cans(s) were observed on the floorboard of the Nissan.

70 West Fire & Rescue Troops arrived quickly.  They assisted with accessing the patient and patient care.

LifeNet dispatched 2 Ambulance Crews to the scene.  At least 1 person was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 1.5 hours.
