Arkansas State Police Corporal Reed investigated a 2 vehicle, head-on injury crash that took place on Monday.
Evidence at the scene indicated that 1 of the vehicles crossed the center line resulting in catastrophic damage to both vehicles.
Piney Fire Troops were quick to arrive and assisted with removing patients from the wreckage, traffic control and automotive fluid clean-up duties.
The Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol responded quickly and assisted as needed.
LifeNet Ambulance Crews transported at least 2 injured people to the hospital.
Garland County Environmental Officer Terry responded to assist with managing the larger than normal automotive fluid clean-up process.
Garland County Road Department Troops arrived later and assisted with providing sand and a back hoe tractor to help with clean-up efforts.
Pete Hill’s Wrecker Service took charge of and removed at least 1 of the vehicles from the scene.
