On 6/27/2016, Garland County Sheriff’s Deputy McConnell responded to the 300 Block of 10th Street in Mountain Pine, in reference to a disturbance.
Deputy McConell arrived and saw a male and a female in the front yard of the residence. Dep. McConnell saw that the female allegedly shoved the male backward twice and then she ran into the house. Dep. McConnell made contact with the female identified as Krisinda Aviles, 42, of Mountain Pine. Ms. Aviles was allegedly belligerent, loud, and refused to cooperate with instructions. She allegedly admitted that she had been drinking. Deputy McConnell investigated the situation and Ms. Aviles was placed under arrest. Ms. Aviles was transported to the Garland County Detention Center.
The male subject did not want to file charges, he “just wanted her to leave.”
Ms. Aviles is charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
She has either since been released or bonded out of jail.
