All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy Overton reports that he and Patrol Sergeant Lane went to serve an order of protection on a man at a residence in the 1100 block of Thornton Ferry Road last week around 7PM.

The deputies arrived on the property and made contact with a female that was sitting on a tractor.  She became very agitated and combative immediately.  When asked for her name, she gave one with a date of birth.  Sgt. Lane ran those pertinents through the police computer and came up with nothing.  No record of that person.  The female offered up another last name.  They checked that name too… dice.

Another female came outside about this time.  The deputies suddenly discovered that the confused lady on the tractor goes by the name Haley Renhea Hollingsworth, 28, of Phadral Point in Garland County.  Sgt. Lane bounced that name through the police computer and came up with multiple, valid arrest warrants charging Failure To Appear out of Garland County and a valid felony arrest warrant out of Oklahoma.

Haley Renhea Hollingsworth, 28, of Phadral Point in Garland County – Allegedly zigged when she should have zagged and rode the lightning for her effort.

The deputies went to arrest Ms. Hollingsworth, but she dodged the effort.  She finally gave a very aggressive effort to pull away and Sgt. Lane zapped her Earthly body with enough deputy voltage to stop all subsequent movement and desire.  Ms. Hollingsworth was arrested.

A LifeNet Ambulance Crew arrived to check the prisoner.  They clear her for arrest.

Ms. Hollingsworth was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.  She is charged with Resisting Arrest and Obstruction Of Governmental Operations with bond set at $ – no bond amount listed.  Also, the arrest warrants were served at the jail.
