Hot Springs Police Officer Combs reports that he was on patrol in the area of Oklahoma Street Monday around 9AM, when he found a female walking around a truck in a problem area.
Off. Combs went to make contact with the lady, but she got in the truck and attempted to start it. He obtained the lady’s pertinents and checked them through the police computer. The check revealed that Off. Combs was dealing with Stephanie Cleveland, 26, of Montego Court in Pearcy, and that she was on probation with a search waiver on file.
Officers searched the truck and found 2 meth pipes with residue and plastic bag containing approximately 21.6 grams of meth.
Probationer Cleveland was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. She is charged with Felony Possession Of Meth With Purpose To Deliver and Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia with bond set at $12,500
