Alleged: Left Of Center..No Turn Signal..Dope In His Pocket; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Corporal Z. Brown reports that he was on patrol in the area of McLeod Street October 12, 2021, around 7AM, when he saw a silver BMW driving on Lakeshore Drive.  He watched the BMW travel left of center and make a turn without using a blinker.

Cpl. Brown turned on the blue lights and conducted a traffic stop on the BMW.  He made contact with the driver and checked his pertinents through the police computer.  The check revealed that the driver, Bobby E. Hannon, 62, of Crystal Mountain Drive in Maumelle, was wanted out of Garland County for Failure To Appear.  Mr. Hannon was arrested.

Mr. Hannon was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.  At the booking room, officers searched Mr. Hannon and found .3 gram of meth in the change pocket of his pants.

Mr. Hannon is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Failure To Signal with bond set at $2,500 and the FTA arrest warrant was served.
