All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
Arkansas State Police Trooper Parker was on patrol in the area of Bull Bayou Monday Night when he spotted a person known to him as Christian Alexander Bice, 27, of West St. Louis Street in Hot Springs driving a car. Trp. Parker knew that Mr. Bice’s driver’s license was suspended at the time.
Trp. Parker stopped Mr. Bice at the Bull Bayou Valero on Albert Pike. Mr. Bice was arrested.
The Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol arrived to assist.
During the search of the car, Trp. Parker allegedly located meth and at least 1 meth pipe.
Mr. Bice’s car was towed and Mr. Bice was transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Felony Possession Of Meth With Intent To Deliver, Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia x2 and Driving On Suspended Driver’s License with bond set at $10,500.
