Alleged: Homeless Man Found Lying Behind Dumpster With Meth; Felony Arrest – HOT SPRINGS

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Officer Rideout reports that he was dispatched to the O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store in the 100 block of Airport Road last week around 10AM, for the complaint of trespassing.

Off. Rideout arrived and met with the suspect, Adam James Bowles, 20, homeless in Hot Springs.  Mr. Bowles was laying on his back behind the dumpster.  He had a small pink baggy containing approximately .5 gram of meth sitting on the ground next to him.

Mr. Bowles was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.  He is charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance with bond set at $2,500.
