2018 IRS Refund Schedule

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Officer Smith was sent to the 300 Block of Holly Street around 4AM earlier this month in reference to a suspicious situation.

Mica Vernon Lukach, 32 of Hot Springs – allegedly snooping around Hot Springs in the dark with meth and a flashlight…and breath mints.

As the officer entered the backyard of the residence he was checking, he allegedly saw Mica Lukach back there snooping around with a flashlight.  As he was in the process of detaining Mr. Lukach, a woman allegedly exited the rear door of the house.  Then, a second woman exited through the same door.

An ACIC computer check showed a Parole Violation Warrant on Mr. Lukach, a Parole Violation Warrant on Dawn Marie Wyman and a Failure To Appear Warrant on Stacy Christine Smith.  All 3 trouble makers were arrested.

Off. Smith searched Mr. Lukach subsequent to the arrest and allegedly found a glass narcotics pipe in his pocket and .7 grams of methamphetamine in a breath mint container in his cell phone case.

Mr. Lukach is charged with Criminal Trespass, Parole Violation, Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of A Controlled Substance with a bond amount totaling $5,750 and a parole hold.  Ms. Wyman is charged with Criminal Trespass and Parole Violation with a bond of $750 and a parole hold.  Ms. Smith is charged with Criminal Trespass and Failure To Appear with a bond amount totaling $1,750.

1 of the rules you agree to when parole is granted is that you will not associate with other people on parole.  Another rule parolees must follow is that they can not carry meth in the same container with breath mints at 4:00AM.
