Hot Spring County Circuit Court has issued a Failure To Appear arrest warrant for David Scott McGuire, 55 of East Highland Street in Malvern.
More trouble kicked off for the already convicted felon on March 12, 2019, when Arkansas Community Corrections Special Response Team Member Brandon Emerson tracked him to a business in Hot Spring County and arrested him on a Parole Violation Arrest Warrant.
When Agent Emerson arrested him during that encounter, Parolee McGuire allegedly had 6 baggies containing approximately 18.9 grams of meth, 2 used meth pipes and a set of digital scales on his person. He was arrested then and charged with Felony Possession Of Meth With Purpose To Deliver and Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Parolee McGuire has an extensive, shameful criminal history which includes dope charges, dope related charges, burglaries, thefts, fleeing, boating violations, hazardous traffic violations, no vehicle insurance, hit & run and DWI.
And now, he is on parole and just jumped bail. A lady co-signed his bail and she is left hanging for $10,000 if the law can’t find him fast.
If you see Parolee McGuire or have information that could lead police to him, please call ACC/SRT Agent Brandon Emerson at 501 520 9208, 911 or your local law enforcement.
