Jessieville Fire & Rescue Troops located the crash in Troop J, approximately 5 miles north of the Perry County Line.  LifeNet Ambulances, medical helicopter(s) and the troopers arrived soon after.

Evidence At the scene showed that the northbound vehicle exited the right side of the road, collided with the rock faced embankment, rotated across the 2 lane highway and came to final rest on the southbound fog line.  Initial reports indicated that an occupant was ejected from the vehicle during the crash, but I was not able to confirm that.

The landing zone for the helicopter (2 were dispatched, but only one actually landed) was set nearby at a location north of the scene, from what I understand.  1 person was flown to the hospital and 2 children were taken by personal vehicle to the hospital.

Holcomb’s Transport & Recovery took charge of the vehicle and removed it from the scene.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 1.5 hours.
