Evidence at the scene suggests that the white truck was traveling west on Avery when it left the roadway and struck a building causing extensive front end damage to the truck. The only damage I observed to the building appeared to be very minor, like, scratches.

LifeNet dispatched an ambulance crew to the scene as well as the EMS Supervisor.  At least 1 person was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Hot Springs Fire Troops responded quickly and assisted with patient care and otherwise as needed.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 30 minutes.
