All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
National Park Rangers and Hot Springs Police Officers investigated a single vehicle vs tree crash last week on Central Avenue at Bath House Row.
Evidence at the scene showed that the large red passenger truck somehow wound up hopping the 18 inch curb and collided head on with a large Magnolia Tree at the Ozark Bath House.
Officers were in the middle of conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests on the driver when a second crash just north of the Arlington Hotel kicked off. I departed this crash early in order to cover that second crash. CLICK HERE to go to the scene of that crash.
It is unknown to me how well the driver scored on his SFST Testing.
