Trespassing At Valero With Meth In Your Pants – HOT SPRINGS

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Officers Branstetter and Davis were dispatched to the Valero Station at the Grand Avenue/Central Avenue Intersection last Saturday in reference to a disturbance.

April Longtin, 32 of Hot Springs – allegedly trespassing with meth

 

The officers arrived and made contact with April Longtin, 32 of Hot Springs.  A computer check revealed that Ms. Longtin had been previously banned from that property and ordered to keep away.  Ms. Longtin was arrested for trespassing and a frisk search was conducted of her person.

The frisk search allegedly produced a baggie from her pants pocket.  The baggie contained what field tested positive for .3 grams of methamphetamine.

Ms. Longtin was transported to the Garland County Detention Center and charged with Criminal Trespass and Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance with a bond totaling $3,250.
