Traffic Stop; FTA Warrant Served On Wanted Suspect – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Lieutenant Roach and Officers Tart & Gates were in the area of Temperance Hill last week when they received a complaint from a nearby restaurant reporting that the driver of a white Ford Mustang was in their parking lot allegedly harassing people and otherwise misbehaving.

HSPD Officers were close by and happened to locate the suspect vehicle.  A traffic stop was conducted on the Mustang.  The driver was identified as Raimon Charles Broughton, 19.  A police computer check revealed a local, active Failure To Appear Warrant (bond $960) and an unknown warrant out of Saline County.

Mr. Broughton was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center.
