Hot Springs Police Lieutenant Roach and Officers Tart & Gates were in the area of Temperance Hill last week when they received a complaint from a nearby restaurant reporting that the driver of a white Ford Mustang was in their parking lot allegedly harassing people and otherwise misbehaving.
HSPD Officers were close by and happened to locate the suspect vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted on the Mustang. The driver was identified as Raimon Charles Broughton, 19. A police computer check revealed a local, active Failure To Appear Warrant (bond $960) and an unknown warrant out of Saline County.
Mr. Broughton was arrested and transported to the Garland County Detention Center.
