2018 IRS Refund Schedule
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Hot Springs Police Officer Gates was on patrol in the 2700 block of Central Avenue when he observed a wanted person riding in a passing car last Tuesday.
The traffic stop was conducted in the parking lot of Arby’s.
A back-up officer arrived quickly and the wanted male was identified as Justin Welborn, 32 of Hot Springs. He was arrested and placed into the back of a police car. The driver, Danielle Lamberth, 31 of Hot Springs was also arrested on a warrant out of Conway PD for 3 counts of Theft By Receiving. She was arrested, placed into a police car and both suspects were transported to the Garland County Detention Center.
At the detention center, as part of the booking process, Ms. Lamberth’s purse was searched. In it, deputies allegedly discovered approximately 1 gram of meth in a plastic baggie. A glass pipe with a burned, crystalized residue was also located.
Ms. Lamberth was charged with Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance and Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond totaling $5,000 and a hold for Conway PD.
Mr. Welborn was charged with Failure To Appear in Hot Springs with no bond and then holds were placed on him for Faulkner County and Conway PD.
