Evidence at the scene showed that the vehicle was traveling north when it struck a parked car, exited the pavement, crashed through a chain link fence, struck another parked car in a driveway and came to final rest just before striking the house.

A small disturbance was going on when I arrived.  It seemed as though the driver’s family/friends arrived at the scene and became rowdy.  HSPD Lieutenant Patrick told everybody to knock it off and everybody went away – no prob.

Hot Springs Fire & Rescue Troops were quick to arrive and assisted as necessary.

LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew to the scene.  The driver was injured and he was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately an hour.
