Hot Springs Police Special Investigations Detectives utilized the HSPD SWAT Team to execute a narcotics search warrant at 295 Woodlawn Avenue on January 16, 2019.
Officers set a security perimeter, breeched the house, secured the scene, arrested 3 people and collected evidence before sunrise at this location which is reportedly only 547 feet from Oaklawn Magnet School property.
Inside the residence, investigators allegedly located: 2 digital scales, multiple small plastic baggies, a rubber glove with marijuana residue in the fingertips, a 2 glass meth pipes with residue, pipe cleaning items, a lightbulb made into a meth smoking device, a mirror with meth residue, 3.9 grams of meth and 4 grams of marijuana.
Allen R. Lowe, 68, of 295 Woodlawn Street; Stanley Golden, 60, of 295 Woodlawn Street and Misty Danielle Hay (AKA Melody Hay, Misty Danlodji), 42 of Highway 70 in Pearcy, were arrested at the scene and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing.
Officers later discovered that Misty Hay had allegedly identified herself incorrectly to officers. The correction was made and that alleged move brought another criminal charge against her. It was also determined that “Misty Danielle Hay” was wanted for Failure To Appear (in court).
