Stabbing Follows Domestic Disturbance; FELONY ARREST – GARLAND COUNTY

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

The Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol responded to the call of a stabbing that had just occurred around 10:45PM on Saturday.

According to the report, 2 men walked up to a trailer house hoping to get cigarettes from the female who was inside the trailer.  The 2 men heard a verbal altercation coming from inside the trailer.  They knocked on the door and the female let them in.

Once inside the trailer, they asked the female if she was ok.  At this point, Heath Daniel Stacy, 29, of Rushfork Road in Garland County, allegedly came out of the bedroom with a knife, a fight ensued and Mr. Stacy allegedly stabbed the victim several times in the abdomen, chest and shoulder/arm areas.  The 2 men that had arrived (1, now, severely injured) departed the trailer, went next door and waited for the ambulance & sheriff’s patrol.

The report indicates that all witness statements tell the same story.
