2018 IRS Refund Schedule

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Sergeant Kellar was on patrol in the 17oo Block of Marion Anderson Road Thursday Morning around 3AM when he allegedly saw 2 suspicious vehicles parked underneath a “no trespassing” sign on private property.  And at the same time, he allegedly smelled marijuana burning.

Sgt. Kellar pulled over to say “hi”.  When he made contact with the 3 adults and an infant that were present, 1 of the suspect’s front pants pocket allegedly had smoke coming out of it.  All 4 of the people were detained for further investigation.

Other GCSO Deputies arrived quickly to assist.  By then, Sgt. Kellar had allegedly discovered a total of 4 guns and a felony amount of drugs at the scene.  Some of the drugs allegedly appeared to be packaged for sale.  Among the alleged drugs located were: a mason jar full of high quality marijuana, other marijuana in several tiny packages, mushrooms, hashish and a white powdery substance in a tiny baggie.  Over $1,000 cash was also confiscated.

The other 2 adults (a male and a female) and the infant were allowed to leave with a very strong warning.  Sergeant Kellar allowed a friend of theirs to come to the scene and pick up the vehicle that these 3 were in.

Less than 24 hours later, Sgt. Kellar allegedly spotted this warned male operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.  He stopped the male, Charles Dale Weatherford, at the Adcock Road EZ Mart.  CLICK HERE to see how that episode ended.
