Homicide At McDonald’s

On March 7, 2018 at approximately 10:48 pm., HSPD officers responded to a report of a shooting victim at National Park Medical Center. Responding officers learned Marlon Dupree Sanders, age 18, of Hot Springs had been driven to National Park Medical Center by a private vehicle.

The investigation has revealed Marlon Sanders was shot in the parking lot of McDonald’s, located at 200 E. Grand Avenue, shortly before he was driven to National Park Medical Center.

Marlon Sanders was treated at NPMC, but ultimately died of his injuries on March 8, 2018 at approximately 11:00 a.m.

This homicide remains under investigation and no further information is known at this time.
