All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Hot Springs Police were dispatched to the area of 100 Pansy Street yesterday afternoon in reference to a shooting that had just occurred at that location.

Officers responding to the scene quickly learned that in addition to the shooting victim at the scene, a second shooting victim had just arrived at the hospital.

I have reason to believe that at least 2 weapons were fired during this shooting episode.  I have further reason to believe that at least 1 of the weapons fired was a semi automatic rifle.

At least 1 of the victims may have been an occupant of the maroon Pontiac Grand Am which is seen in the pics.  The Grand Am was hit with gunfire multiple times; blowing out at least 2 windows, taking at least 1 round to the trunk and at least 1 round to the back passenger door.  The Grand Am also had at least 1 flat tire.

HSPD Detectives developed information that had a black male in a new, black Honda car as the suspect and vehicle that departed the scene.
