Evidence at the scene suggested that the front of the car struck the front driver’s wheel of the school bus.  This crash occurred at a traffic light controlled intersection.  Both vehicles came to final rest blocking traffic lanes.

Hot Springs Fire & Rescue Troops responded quickly.  They assisted with patient care and as otherwise needed.

LifeNet EMS dispatched two Ambulance Crews and the EMS Supervisor to the scene.  At least 2 people were transported by ambulance to the hospital.

The Prescott School Bus was carrying students from the basketball event that was being hosted by Lakeside School.

Traffic flow in this area was interrupted for approximately 45 minutes.
