Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy Tatum investigated a single vehicle rollover crash into a creek on Mountain Pine Road this morning around 2:45.
Evidence at the scene suggested that the red car went out of control on wet pavement, hopped the curb, traveled down an embankment, overturned at least once and came to final rest on it’s roof at the edge of the creek. The driver was able to exit the vehicle under her own power and was standing when rescuers arrived.
Piney Fire & Rescue Troops arrived very quickly and assisted as needed.
LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew. The driver reported that she was not injured.
Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 45 minutes.
