Hot Springs Police Officer Rideout and Officer Brown responded to Lakeland Drive on December 15 around 2:38 pm in reference to a disturbance.

Pamela Bridges, 46, of Lakeland Drive in Hot Springs, stated that probationer Timothy Roberts, 49, also of Lakeland Drive, had her purse and would not return it.

Bridges asked Roberts to come over so they could “work things out” about a week ago and they had been staying together for the past week.

Ofc. Rideout ran their information and found that a no contact order had been issued between Roberts and Bridges. The order was issued between them on August 19 after Roberts was charged with third-degree battery against Bridges.

Another no contact order was issued on October 17 when Roberts was sentenced to 6 months probation for the third-degree battery charge.

Both Bridges and Roberts were arrested and charged with Violating Of A No Contact Order. Bridges was sentenced to one year of probation for the violation of the no contact order on December 16. Further court proceedings will be held for Roberts at a later date.
