Press Release: Prosecutor Releases Facts About Yesterday’s DTF Raid – MOUNTAIN PINE

Agents with the 18th Judicial District East Drug Task Force, Garland County Sheriff’s Department, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Arkansas State Police, Hot Springs Police Department, and Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms executed a narcotics search warrant at 2702 Mountain Pine in Hot Springs on January 31, 2017.

The Garland County Tactical Response Team was utilized to execute the search warrant and secure the business and occupants.

During a search of the Business, Investigators located 163.9 grams of marijuana, 4 firearms, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, a DVR system and 15 surveillance cameras, as well as 3 gambling machines.

Sunny Singh – arrested during the raid

24 year old Sunny Sing was arrested on the following charges:
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms
Possession of a Schedule VI Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property to Facilitate Certain Crimes
Keeping a Gambling House

No further information will be released at this time due to an ongoing investigation.

The 18th Judicial District East Drug Task Force is comprised of Investigators from the Arkansas State Police, Garland County Sheriff’s Office, Hot Springs Police Department, 18th East Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations.
