Escape & Manhunt

(Yesterday) at 11:09am Deputies were dispatched to respond to the jail for an escaped inmate. Upon Deputies arrival it was discovered that inmate Aaron Singleton overpowered a jailer and left the jail.

WANTED: Escapee Aaron Singleton, 27 of Malvern

The jailer has been transported to a local hospital for medical treatment for his injuries. Aaron Singleton escaped wearing an orange jumpsuit. Deputies were able to locate the jumpsuit he was wearing and his shoes.

All law enforcement agencies have been notified of the incident. The Hot Spring County Sheriff Department with the assistance of surrounding agencies is working diligently on locating the escapee.

Aaron Singleton is known to be violent towards law enforcement and is to be considered dangerous.

The Hot Spring County Sheriff Department asks for anyone with information on the location of Aaron Singleton to call 911 or your local law enforcement agency.
