Hot Springs Fire Department Training Officer Ty Farris operates a “Buddy Phone” underwater radio system during dive team practice yesterday in Lake Hamilton adjacent to Entergy Park. Newly-trained HSFD dive team members practiced retrieving a mannequin, using ropes, flashlights and radio to communicate with each other. The team augments HSFD’s ability to respond to a wide variety of rescue situations
