2018 IRS Refund Schedule
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
- The vehicle struck by the shotgun blast was a private highway construction company vehicle.
- The suspect, Robert Bailey has since been charged with Aggravated Assault x4 and Felony Criminal Mischief with a bond amount totaling $200,000. He is currently being held at the Garland County Detention Center.

On Wednesday June 13, 2018 at approximately 0726 hours the Garland County Communication Center received a call of a man allegedly pointing a gun at his family members at 123 Pinehill Road in Garland County.
Patrol deputies arrived on scene at approximately 0730 hours and were met by the suspects father outside of the residence. They were then able to get the mother to come out of the residence without incident.
The suspect, identified as Robert Bailey w/m 8/11/83, fired a weapon through the window of the house which struck an Arkansas Highway Department vehicle located on Pinehill. A perimeter was established and deputies were able to call the suspect out of the house at which point he gave up and was taken into custody at approximately 0747 hours without incident. The suspect was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation, and once medically cleared he will be transported to the Garland County Detention Center. We are pleased to report that no one was injured during this incident, and charges are pending at this time.
