GCSO Patrol Captures Absconding Fleeing Parolee Wanted For Several Crimes
On Friday November 20, 2020 the Garland County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division received information about the location of 24 year old Dillon Ellis who was wanted on multiple misdemeanor warrants, felony warrants, and a parole warrant.
Investigators attempted to serve the warrants at 129 Christian Way at approximately 12:10 P.M., Ellis fled the home on foot in an attempt to evade arrest, but was apprehended in the 200 block of Ruella Way and placed into custody at approximately 1:00 P.M. by the Garland County Sheriff’s Office.
Ellis is the suspect in multiple crimes and most recently fled from the Garland County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division on August 2, 2020 in a stolen vehicle.
He is currently being held on a $0 bond at the Garland County Detention Center facing the following charges: Fleeing on Foot, Class A Misdemeanor; Residential Burglary, Class B Felony; Terroristic Threatening, Class D Felony; Assault 1st Degree, Class A Misdemeanor; Criminal Mischief 1st Degree, Class A Misdemeanor; Theft by Receiving, Class D Felony; Fleeing, Class D Felony; Criminal Mischief 2cnd, Class D Felony; and is on a Parole Hold.
