All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

National Park Rangers were traveling down Highway 70 West when they found a black Pick-up truck that they wanted to stop for some, unknown reason.

They planned on making the traffic stop in the area of the Lake Hamilton Bridge on Highway n70 West.  The vehicle allegedly refused to stop and continued westbound into the county.  The truck went to the traffic light at Majestic Lodge Road and went back into that neighborhood.

It was a slow speed, refusing to stop type of situation.  The suspect vehicle led the Ranger to the 100 Block of Windamere Street where he pulled into a driveway and stopped.  The Ranger soon had several Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputies and Hot Springs Police Sergeant Kizer on scene to assist.

Joshua Adams – allegedly drinking, driving and not stopping for the cops
