Man Sentenced To 180 Days In Jail For Violating A Protection Order – GARLAND COUNTY

Kenny Gibson allegedly would not leave an unidentified females home

On 6/25/2016, Garland County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 200 Block of Cochise Street in reference to a male subject refusing to leave. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that the suspect, identified as Kenny Gibson, 24, who lists an address of Hot Springs, had entered her home had then left but was waiting with friends down the street.

 

 

Deputies made contact with the suspect who allegedly stated he had walked past the residence but did not go inside. Deputies were informed from Garland County dispatchers that there was an active order of protection between the victim and Mr. Gibson.

Mr. Gibson was then taken into custody and transported to the Garland County Detention Center.

Mr. Gibson will serve 180 days in jail for violating the protection order.
