Hot Springs police Officer Z. Brown reports the following:
At about 1935 hours on 04/15/19, Officers responded to a residence in reference to domestic battering. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim and two witnesses.
According to everyone present, the following occurred. On 04/15/19 at about 1800 hours, the victim’s on-again off-again boyfriend, Andrew Brown, came to the front door of the residence. He was upset about the victim changing his Facebook password. He knocked on the door and the victim let him inside. The victim then went into the office area of the home. The victim was immediately followed by Brown.
Brown became both verbally and physically aggressive toward the victim. He struck her in the head with a closed fist multiple times and grabbed her violently. This caused damage to the wall and swelling on the victim’s head, lacerations on her wrists and arms. The victim’s bra was also broken during the altercation.
Witness #1 had camera in the office which captured the altercation. It was obvious that Brown was the primary aggressor. Witness #2 could be seen in the video attempting to help the victim, to no avail.
Witness #1 is retaining video of the incident. Lifenet responded, but did not transport the victim. Photos were taken and uploaded to the report in Spillman. Laura’s Card was issued and lethality form completed.

HSPD swore out a warrant for Mr. Brown’s arrest charging him with Domestic Battering In The Third Degree and Criminal Mischief In The Second Degree with a bond amount totaling $3,250.
HSPD Officers later caught up with Mr. Brown on Laser Street. The encounter turned into a SWAT Operation. Go to the scene CLICK HERE.
