Evidence at the scene suggested that the pick-up truck was eastbound on the skinny road when the vehicle exited the right side of the road and immediately fell down a steep embankment and overturned in the roadside ditch.  The vehicle came to final rest on it’s roof.

Morning Star Fire & Rescue Troops arrived quickly and removed the patient from the wreckage.

LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew and the Air Crew.

A landing zone was established nearby and the patient was flown to a hospital in Little Rock.

This portion of the road was closed for at least an hour.
