Evidence at the scene suggested that the northbound Mustang hopped the right hand curb, struck a lighted crosswalk sign and the pole.  The Mustang came to final rest at the pole.

Hot Springs Fire & Rescue Troops were quick to respond and assisted as necessary.

LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew to the scene.  The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Holcomb’s Transport & Recovery took charge of the vehicle and removed it from the scene.

Entergy responded quickly and made repairs to the pole.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 45 minutes.
