Injury Motorcycle Crash On Albert Pike – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Officer Plyler investigated an injury motorcycle crash today on Albert Pike at Hammond Drive.

Evidence at the scene suggested that the motorcycle struck the front passenger door of a minivan.  The motorcycle fell over after impact and the rider suffered serious injury.

Volunteer Piney Fire Troop Graf was on his regular job when the crash occurred.  He was in the area and assisted as needed until relieved by responding units.

Hot Springs Fire Troops arrived quickly and assisted with patient care and automotive fluid clean-up.

LifeNet dispatched at least 1 Ambulance Crew and the EMS Supervisor to the scene.  At least 1 person was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Holcomb’s Transport & Recovery took charge of at least 1 of the vehicles and removed it from the scene.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 40 minutes.
