Evidence at the scene suggested that at least 3 vehicles were involved in a collision at the multi-lane, traffic light controlled intersection.  1 of the vehicles involved careened through a tiny parking lot and struck a bush, missing a collision with the building by inches.

The Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol assisted as necessary.

70 West Fire Troops arrived quickly and assisted as needed.

Piney Fire Troops were passing through the area at the time of the collision and also stopped to help.

LifeNet dispatched at least 2 Ambulance Crews to the scene.  At least 1 person was transported to the hospital with injuries.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately an hour.
