HSPD SWAT/SID Raid Alleged Chapel Hill Road Drug House – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Special Investigations Division Detectives developed information that suggested a drug house was operating at 377 Chapel Hill Road.  Affidavits and warrants were sworn out and around 6AM Thursday Morning, HSPD SWAT and SID Officers moved on the house.

A search warrant for the property was executed by the teams.  A small amount of meth was reportedly discovered inside the house along with a couple of hydrocodone pills, a “scanner & charger”, 9 cell phones, an external hard drive with flash drive attached, a marijuana smoking pipe, 2 digital scales, 2 meth smoking pipes and a “black web” GoPro camera.

A white Toyota car parked in front of the residence contained another digital scale.

An adult male inside the residence at the time of the raid was detained for a short period.  He was allowed to depart the scene.  2 juveniles inside the residence at the time of the raid were placed into the custody of DHS.

The last step of the operation involved officers sealing doors and windows and posting “No Entry” notices around the property.

Shane Allen Emley, 50 of Hot Springs was arrested at the scene and charged with Endangering The Welfare Of A Minor In The First Degree (x2), Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (x3), Possession Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine With Purpose To Deliver, Possession Of Sch.i Or Sch. Ii Controlled Substance With Purpose To Deliver, Unauthorized Use Of Another Person’s Property To Facilitate A Crime and has a bond amount totaling $25,500.

Shane Allen Emley, 50 of Hot Springs – alleged meth dealer

Shane Allen Emley, Jr., 19 of Hot Springs, was arrested at the scene and charged with Endangering The  Welfare Of A Minor In The First Degree (x2), Failure To Appear, Hold For Hot Spring County (Robbery Charge), Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (x3), Possession Of Methamphetamine Or Cocaine With Purpose To Deliver, Possession Of Sch.i Or Sch. Ii Controlled Substance With Purpose To Deliver, Unauthorized Use of Another Person’s Property To Facilitate A Crime and has a bond amount totaling $28,000.
