When will I get my tax refund?

Hot Springs Police Officers Branstetter and Langford were dispatched to the 1500 Block of Spring Street last week in reference to a man on his hands and knees and looked to be in distress.
Officers arrived and met with Gary Ruben Adams 3, 39, of Trivista Right in Hot Springs, who stated that he was praying and allegedly hearing voices. The voices were telling him to kill himself, but he had no intentions of doing so.
Mr. Adams denied needing an ambulance for any reason. Mr. Adams allegedly stated that he had taken meth earlier in the day. Mr. Adams was arrested for Public Intoxication.
When officers searched Mr. Adams, they allegedly discovered .1 gram of meth in his pants pocket.
Mr. Adams was transported to the Garland County Sheriff’s Department for processing. He is charged with Felony Possession of A Controlled Substance and public Intoxication with a bond amount totaling $3,000.
