Felon On Parole Caught With Stolen Truck – GARLAND COUNTY

2018 IRS Refund Schedule

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s K-9 Patrol Deputy Strickland & Sandy were on patrol in the 6000 Block of Highway 7 South of the Highway 290 Junction Thursday just before midnight when he observed a suspicious red Dodge truck trying to enter a controlled access gate at a mini-storage facility.

Convicted Felon on Parole Ian Gregory Hagenah, 37 of Royal – allegedly found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle

Dep. Strickland ran the license plate on the truck through dispatch and it showed that the truck had been stolen from Malvern.  Deputy Strickland parked behind the truck and made contact with the driver, Ian  Gregory Hagenah, 37 of Royal.  Mr. Hagenah was talking with someone on his cell phone and allegedly trying to enter the pass code into the control box so the vehicle gate would open.  However, he did not have the correct code and the gate would not open.

Mr. Hagenah was arrested, transported to the Garland County Detention Center and charged with Theft by Receiving with a bond of $2,500, but a no bond Parole Hold was placed on him.  So, he will have to deal with that before he goes anywhere.
