Hot Springs Police and a LifeNet Ambulance Crew were dispatched to the Central Avenue North McDonald’s Drive-Thru last week to investigate and assist a motorist that had allegedly passed out behind the wheel of his car in the drive-thru line.
HSPD Officers and LifeNet arrived quickly and made contact with the driver in question. They had him move into a parking spot so they could talk with him. James Paul Coble, 52 of Hot Springs exited the car and quickly began to act disorderly. I saw him yelling, pointing his finger at the officers and going on about a “triple murder”.
After a few minutes of this activity, Probationer Coble was handcuffed and taken to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Driving On A Suspended DL with a bond amount totaling $1,500.
