2018 IRS Refund Schedule
All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.
The arrest report states that on 7/9/2018, Officers of the Hot Springs Police Department responded to 3921 Central Avenue in reference to a disturbance between John David Barron, 57 of Hot Springs and several neighbors.
As officers attempted to make contact with Barron at his residence, Barron became upset and threatened to shoot the officers’ eyes out and at one point entered his residence and fired several rounds from an unknown weapon.
After several hours, Barron was taken into custody and the scene was secured pending a search warrant.
On the morning of 7/10/2018, detectives executed a search warrant at the residence of 3221 Central. Detectives located 17 firearms laid all throughout the residence, multiple rounds of ammunition, multiple bags/containers of marijuana (approximately 1/2 pound) and $49,639 in U.S. Currency.
John David Barron is the owner of Timber Crest Corp., which is listed as the property owner of 3221 Central Avenue.
Mr. Barron’s new charges include Felony Simultaneous Possession Of Firearms And Drugs, Felony Maintaining A Drug Premises and Felony Possession Of A Controlled Substance With Intent To Deliver.
