All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s Patrol Deputy Parker conducted a traffic stop on a black Nissan Maxima Tuesday around 3AM on Higdon Ferry Road at the Bypass Superstop.  Reason for the stop is not known to me.

Probationer Harley Brocious, 40, of Garland County and Jenna Roark, 21, of Aldridge Road in Pearcy, were the occupants of the vehicle.  Probationer Brocious has a search waiver on file as part of the terms of his probation agreement.  Deputies searched the car.

Probationer Harley Brocious, 40, of Garland County – in the vehicle at 3AM when deputies arrested a wanted woman in the same vehicle.

Jenna Roark, 21, of Aldridge Road in Pearcy – served with 2 warrants…1 of them, a no bond warrant.

I don’t know the disposition of the search.  I departed suddenly and headed for the Wahoo Street Shooting that was dispatched by LifeNet while this traffic stop was going down.

Before I departed this stop, deputies were able to confirm felony warrants on Ms. Roark.  She was arrested and transported to the hospital for some reason.  She was later transported to the Garland County Detention Center and processed.  She is charged with Failure To Appear x2 with a $10,000 bond and a hold was placed on her.

Mr. Brocious was allowed to ease on down the road with no new charges.
