All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Hot Springs Police Lieutenant Tarbet reports the following:

On 07/10/19 I was assigned case #50045543 from the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), of which I am a task force agency member.  A cyber-tip was generated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in reference to a hot line report from Hot Springs, Arkansas reporting possession and/or distribution of child pornography.  The report stated that a verified Facebook account “Morgoogre” with a verified owner listed as Bradley Fields with a verified phone number in Hot Springs, had sent a known image of child pornography using Facebook messenger on 05/30/2019 at 15:20:24 UTC.

Bradley R. Fields, 37, of Rockdale Road in Garland County – allegedly found to have child porn on his phone and Facebook account.

On 07/26/19 I arrested Bradley Fields on an unrelated battery warrant (HTC-19-3995).  Mr. Fields had an iPhone XR in his possession at the time of arrest.  Mr. Fields stated that it was his phone, and verified the phone number (the same number reported by NCMEC).  Mr. Fields further advised he has owned this phone prior to May 2019. He acknowledged he also had a Facebook page named “Morgoogre” and used his cell phone number and email to register with Facebook.  The cell phone was seized as evidence and a search warrant was completed for the visualization and extraction of the device.  I also sent a search warrant to Facebook for account information and activity.

On 08/06/19 I visually examined the phone and found a .zip file in the notes folder.  This file contained 123 images, most are of child abuse sexual material involving girls under the age of 18.

On 08/06/19 Facebook sent the requested information in a PDF folder through the Facebook for Law Enforcement web page.  That document was 2231 pages in length.  In that document were several photos (at least 6 that I have seen so far) of child abuse sexual material of girls under the age of 18.  These photos are in violation of state and federal law.

A warrant of arrest was obtained for Mr. Fields and entered into the police computer.

On 08/08/19 Mr. Fields was arrested at his residence and transported to the Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with 50 counts of Felony Possessing Of Matter Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving A Child with a bond amount totaling $125,000.
