Car Vs. Utility Pole On Oakwood Street – HOT SPRINGS

Hot Springs Police Officer Tart investigated a single vehicle injury crash on Oakwood Street last weekend where a sedan struck a utility pole head-on.

Evidence at the scene showed that the front of the black sedan struck the utility pole.  The car became disabled due to the crash.  The pole was scratched.

Hot Springs Fire Troops arrived quickly and assisted with patient car and otherwise as needed.

LifeNet dispatched an Ambulance Crew to the scene.  The driver was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Traffic flow was interrupted for approximately 40 minutes.
