Hot Springs Police Detective P. De Foor reports the following:

On January 27th 2019 Spa Auto Sales reported a blue 2013 GMC Sierra, valued at $8,478, stolen from 1920 Central Avenue.

On January 28th 2019 at about 10:06am, Hot Springs Police dispatch was notified that the GPS tracker in the truck was showing the truck to be in the area of 215 Family Park Road.  Off. T. Gates responded and located the truck parked on the parking lot.  I, Det Phillip De Foor, responded to the scene to process the truck.

Off T. Gates made contact with a female passerby.  She informed Off Gates and I that Randy Crouch arrived driving the blue GMC truck.

Randy William Crouch Jr, 32, of Greenwood Avenue in Hot Springs – was stopped for no headlights and served with an unrelated warrant for Theft By Receiving

While processing the truck for evidence, I collected items for further processing to include an empty vodka bottle and a phone card.  Fingerprints were developed on these items, and the evidence was submitted to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for analysis.  The latent prints were directly compared to the AFIS fingerprint record for Randy Crouch.  Randy Crouch was identified as the source if the latent fingerprints.

On 07/06/19 Garland County Sheriff Sergeant Schroeder and Deputy Robinson performed a traffic stop for no headlights which led to warrant service on warrant #HTC-192768 and a Citation for Suspended DL.

Mr. Crouch was arrested and transported to Garland County Detention Center for processing. He is charged with Felony Theft By Receiving with a bond amount totaling $3,500.
