Hot Springs Police Officer McAdoo conducted a traffic stop on Crescent Street for a traffic violation yesterday around 2AM.

HSPD Corporal May reports that during the course of the contact, Parolee Elijah Plummer 3, 51, of Sonnet Street in Hot Springs, was found to have a cocaine pipe and .1 gram of meth in his shoe.

Parolee Elijah Plummer 3, 51, of Sonnet Street in Hot Springs – allegedly found at 2AM with meth and a cocaine pipe.

Parolee Plummer was arrested and is charged with Felony Possession Of Meth and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia with a bond amount totaling $5,000.  A parole hold has been placed.
