Alleged: Welfare Check..Man Laying In Ditch..Meth Bust; Felony Arrest – Bismarck

All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Arkansas State Police Trooper Daniell reports that he was dispatched to the area of 5575 Highway 7 South August 27, 2021, around 6PM, to conduct a welfare check on a man laying in a roadside ditch.

Trp. Daniell found the man and made contact with him.  He said that he had been walking and stopped to take a break.  While speaking with the man, Justin Hager, 32, of Section Line Road in Malvern, he admitted to having meth in his pocket.  Mr. Hager was detained in handcuffs and searched.

Justin Hager, 32, of Section Line Road in Malvern – Allegedly laying in a Bismarck ditch with meth and a felony arrest warrant out of Oklahoma.

Trp. Daniell found a small baggy containing approximately 1 gram of meth in his pocket.  Mr. Hager was arrested.

Mr. Hager was transported to the Hot Spring County Detention center for processing.  He is charged with Felony Possession Of Meth and he was served with an outstanding felony arrest warrant out of Oklahoma.  Bond information was not available.
