All suspects are presumed innocent until determined guilty in court.

Garland County Sheriff’s 911 Dispatch took a call for an alleged trespasser…possibly breaking and entering at an Entergy Compound on Extrusion Place last week.

GCSO Patrol Deputy Tatum arrived quickly and immediately told dispatch that he was on scene and had a person(s) running from him into the woods on foot.  He knew that GCSO K-9 Team Sergeant Kellar/Aton would be in route to assist with tracking the suspect(s).  So, he stayed with some suspected stolen property and the suspect’s alleged get away vehicle, a white Chevrolet 1500 with Cadillac wheels that was parked in the woods.

Sgt. Kellar and Aton began to track the suspect(s) where he (they) entered the woods.  They stayed in the woods for almost an hour before the search was called off.  The suspect(s) were not located.

The suspect vehicle was seized by sheriff’s investigators.  Holcomb’s Transport & Recovery removed the vehicle from the scene.
